1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MailGuard Inc. services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

MailGuard Inc. provides enterprise email security services including spam filtering, phishing protection, malware detection, and email authentication.

3. Service Level Agreement

• Starter Plan: 99.5% uptime
• Business Plan: 99.9% uptime
• Enterprise Plan: 99.99% uptime

4. Payment Terms

• Billing is monthly or annual based on selected plan
• Prices are per user per month
• Annual plans receive 2 months free

5. Cancellation

• Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice
• Pro-rated refunds for annual plans within first 30 days

6. Limitation of Liability

MailGuard Inc. liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States.
